Welcome to Digital Marketing for Mom Coaches. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the terms of use for our digital product, “Online Marketing for Mom Coaches,” which is provided by Kathy Stowell of Bliss Beyond Naptime.

By accessing or using the Digital Marketing for Mom Coaches, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the product.

Grant Of License:

We are granting you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and sell the Digital Marketing for Mom Coaches product in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Please note that this license is valid only during your ownership of the master resell rights to the product.

Intellectual Property:

Digital Marketing for Mom Coaches, including its content, design, logos, trademarks, and associated materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of Bliss Beyond Naptime or its licensors. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the product, except for the master resell rights granted under this Agreement.

Indemnification:

To protect both parties, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of Digital Marketing for Mom Coaches, your violation of any term of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use Digital Marketing for Mom Coaches at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and destroy any copies you may have.

Amendments:

We may modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of Digital Marketing for Mom Coaches after any changes constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and Bliss Beyond Naptime regarding the use of Digital Marketing for Mom Coaches and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the product after any changes to the terms and conditions indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms regularly.
